ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY

To provide SERVICE EXCELLENCE to our customers and colleagues by
building a deep understanding of their needs, requirements and
expectations and consistently meeting, managing and exceeding their
expectations in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.

On behalf of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability and
Youth, Pobal manage a range of funding programmes and supports for
over 4,**Apply on the website** Early Learning & Care services in
Ireland as part of First 5 ? the whole of Government strategy to
improve the lives of babies, young children and their families.

The Manager will have responsibility for stakeholder engagement and
feedback along with service quality improvement strategies. They will
also support the development of relationships with key
partners/stakeholders across the Early Learning & Care Sector.

The manager will:

* Support the development of a Pobal wide service excellence and
experience framework along with an engagement framework supporting the
Pobal Strategic Plan.
* Be responsible for the development and maintenance of a credible
and professional relationship with key stakeholders.
* Be responsible for development of implementation plans with agreed
KPIs.
* Deliver a coordinated approach to sectoral engagement and
consultation
* Deliver an effective programme, system, and support communications
alongside training initiatives for the needs of key users of Pobal
services.
* Develop key external relationships, opportunities and partnerships
* Manage the existing super user forum and the design and
development of sustainable and effective consultation.
* Be accountable for allocated resources including responsibility
for the performance/staff management of the assigned team members and
key relationships;
